Gerties Bakeshop started in 1990 selling pandesal in front of their house. Later on opened their first store and expanded their products to cakes, pastries & all day meals.
In 1995, they opened their 2nd store and expanded to catering business.
Gerties is known for their popular sylvannas and sansrival cakes and baked macaroni.
